Manoj Dhar is a social innovator working tirelessly to bring about changes in the life and stature of the ethnic minority non-speaking Chinese communities of HK. These communities are financially marginalized due to their lack of equal opportunities that comes from not knowing the local language which prevents them from being fully included into all threads of HK society.

๐†๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ฅ๐ž:

Manoj Dhar is a social entrepreneur based in Hong Kong.ย  In 2015, he, along with his wife, co-founded Integrated Brilliant Education Limited (IBEL), which provides academic inputs with special emphasis on Chinese Language Learning for non-Chinese speaking children in Hong Kong.ย  The charity, consisting of two education centers in HK, runs after-school classes for 200-plus students.

Manoj started his career in India in Banking which brought him to HK.  While in HK, he got drawn to the cause of ethnic minority kids from underprivileged and financially disadvantaged families. These kids were deprived of necessary educational support needed for them to succeed in HK local schooling system which would empower them in future to get good jobs.

In his spare time, Manoj volunteers in the capacity of a Manager and Tournament Director for Hong Kong Rugby Union where he spends lot of time encouraging and developing Girlโ€™s Rugby.
