Mina Martinez is a former Wall Street veteran, having spent 15 years in investment banking and private equity. Most recently, Mina was founding partners of Nogales Investors, a middle market private equity firm, located in Los Angeles. Previously, Mina has worked with notable firms such as Warburg Pincus as an investment principal, as well as with Lehman Brothers, Salomon Brothers and Bankers Trust, as an investment banking professional.
Mina has been involved with APIASF for approximately seven years. Upon learning that APIASF was the only national scholarship fund for Pacific Islander students, she was compelled to get involved as she herself was a scholarship recipient of various scholarships. Mina was born in Japan and grew up in Southern California from the age of three. She holds a BA from UC Irvine and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
