Norma Chu is the founder of DayDayCook, the largest bilingual cooking show in Hong Kong and largest cooking media brand in China. Widely popular among the newly-weds, young working professionals, moms and dads, DayDayCook has over 60 million social followers and over 9 billion views.

Norma was born and raised in HK, and grew up in Seattle. Prior to DayDayCook, Norma was Head of Equities Research at HSBC Private Bank in Hong Kong.

Norma started DayDayCook in 2012 to pursue her passion for cooking; that turned into a thriving business. In 2015, Norma brought DayDayCook to Shanghai and entered China Market.

Norma has raised over 65 million USD in venture funding for DayDayCook from investors. She was named China New Media Top 100 people in 2016 and CY Zone’s most notable female entrepreneurs and was featured in the Apple Cover Story in 2018.
