𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:
Jim is a watersports coach, born and raised in HK. He grew up as a farmer and fisherman in Tai Tam area and loved watersports as a child. He started his career as a construction supervisor participating mega construction projects like Tsing Yi Bridge, Airport Express and Kowloon Station.

After HK’s handover to China in 1997, construction slowed down. During that time, Jim did short stint as a taxi driver. Soon he got bored of doing odd jobs.

In 1999, he along with his childhood friend took an entrepreneurial leap by buying a boat and starting as a watersports coach. Jim had researched the HK market well and observed a gap in demand and supply of watersports and coaches. With this arbitrage opportunity, Jim started his watersports business. The business started flourishing within 3 months. It’s been 22 years and he has never looked back.
