Benjamin Cha is Chief Executive of Grosvenor Asia Pacific. Previously, he has Managing Director & Head of Global Real Estate – Greater China for UBS, Co-CEO of UBS/Gemdale, and Executive Director & Head of Asia-Pacific at his family company HKR International, developer of Discovery Bay Hong Kong and many other signature projects across Asia.

Ben Cha is a longstanding supporter of the contemporary art ecosystem in Hong Kong. He is on the Board M+ museum of West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. He is Co-Chair of the Board of the Asia Art Archive and serves on the Advisory Committee and Art Working Group of the Tai Kwun Centre for Heritage and Arts.

Born in Hong Kong, Ben studied at Middlebury College and Stanford Business School.
