Allan Zeman is the Founder & Chairman of LKF Holdings. LKF Holdings owns over 65% of the properties in Lan Kwai Fong (LKF), the most popular nightlife & entertainment district of HK.
Allan is the quintessential entrepreneur, dropping out of college, millionaire by the age of 19, founding several successful ventures throughout his career.
Born in Germany and raised in Canada, Dr Allan Zeman has been in Hong Kong for over 45 years. During this time, he has achieved not just remarkable personal success, he has left a major mark on the city for decades to come, if not century.
Allan didn’t limit himself to his personal ventures but has been very generous with his time and expertise to helping the city of Hong Kong in many ways. As Chairman of Ocean Park Hong Kong for 11 years, Allan turned-around the oldest amusement park of Hong Kong to position it for success and record profits in competition to Hong Kong Disneyland.
As board member, Allan has helped Hong Kong International Airport, West Kowloon Cultural District, Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund and many other organizations in the city.
Allan has been awarded the Justice of Peace, the Grand Bauhinia Medal and the Gold Bauhinia Star by the Government of Hong Kong.
